If the car actually has electronic fuel injection, then yes. You will need a fancy backwards compatible OBD2 code reader that can interface with the special adapter they used back then. @frail shore
If it has mechanical fuel injection or is carbureted, you will have zero computer diagnostics. At best you'll have a few basic warning lights that tell you practically nothing

It's actually weird to have something that requires screws
unless you go back far enough
like my RX-7
you need both screws on the brake drum to align it
missing one or both and the pedal will pulsate because the drum acts out of round
missing both screws and the drum will actually move around and clank
