i wont do 190kmh again

#

its probs bad for the engine

stoic ledge
#

That's 108mph

indigo coral
#

no?

#

It's 118

stoic ledge

It's not bad if it's well maintained, the engine is at temperature etc

Mine is slightly over the middle mark when it's hot out bit when. It's middle to cooler it's straight on the middle all the time

tropic silo

Yea, but my parents try to tell me thats normal.

but hey, its their car. not mine

stoic ledge

As long as it's not in tbe red it's normal

im always kinda paranoid that my car is going to overheat. but it stayed at 90C while it was like 43C here with the A/C on full blast

stoic ledge
#

I have no idea, I can check it in the screen between the gauges, but meh

tropic silo
#

1 thing im curious about. when i press a certain button it goes through the screen and shows me what its able to show as a warning. and it shows the oil icon. Im curious whether it tell me to fill up the oil, or to check the temp of it

stoic ledge
#

I have no idea

#

Have you checked the owners manual?

tropic silo
#

Nope

#

Too lazy

#

It has everything the car has as options. so also the heated seats. and that sort of stuff. so its a really thicc booklet

#

and im too lazy to read/search

stoic ledge
#

The manual isn't different for each trim/option checked xD

tropic silo
#

i know

#

it has every trim and option in one book

stoic ledge
#

Yes, that's normal

#

Only the radio/entertainment system came with a separate manual often

tropic silo

im pretty sure it did with mine ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Saab killed saab. They were not profitable. GM was trying to keep them afloat, but Saab in their infinite wisdom didn't listen and kept redesigning everything increasing they're manufacturing costs. So GM after getting burned repeatedly and fronting the bill said no thanks and ended it.

dense shard
#

GM forced Saab onto increasingly shitty platforms with the last few cars being literally rebadges.

#

The 9-5 languished without an update for about a decade before it was updated a year before it was sold.

#

Same for the 9-3.

#

The 9-4, 9-7, and 9-2 weren't Saabs even in the slightest.

If you can see it's only a superficial mark like on falcons car, then it's fine. The rip looks to go a bit deeper, I'd get it checked out

opaque sand
#

@floral canopy for under 1k miles that is an insane deal, if youre going to look at it look very closely at the body lines and make sure that they line up very closely, check under the car for any nasty looking welds, that is a huge red flag. And check the engine bay, if the car is pieced together then chances are they missed a few spots when slapping paint on it, check for more that one color on all 4 corners under the car. also check for excessive rust under the car on the floorboards and frame rails, rust means it wasnt properly taken care of and can be catastrophic, and take it for a drive if all of that other stuff checks out, if it doesnt drive straight in the back its a bad deal, if it pulls to one side or the other chances are it needs an alignment, but still be super cautious when buying classic muscle cars, people will try to screw you over more than you think
