My goldfish and I stopped at the Pontiac dealership a couple universes over and picked up a 2020 Fiero in Sunburst Orange
Some things I like: The Series V 3800 V6 is probably the best motor GM's ever made, and since they started putting two turbochargers on it back in 2015, it's just made the Fiero the American sports car to beat. Also, since they got AMC to work on the steering rack, it went from approaching Porsche's steering to equalling it.
Some things I don't like: GM's attention to detail on interior quality and just fitment on exterior panels isn't really a negative, but it really shows in cost. This year's Fiero is nearly $3k more expensive than the competing Porsche Cayman S. Also, the new Oldsmobile Aurora and Buick Riviera have more features for the money.

Cars depreciate the most in the first couple of years. Getting a new one would again depreciate fast, where your current 2014 model won't. Even with more maintance, financially it's not worth it.
Then again, 2014 is a previous model so the newer ones are nicer, have more features etc. Depends on what you want
