Power output of the SkyActive-X is confirmed: 180hp (EU, so that's 177-ish US hp).

SkyActive-X is more expensive, but since in 🇳🇱 we have a CO2-emissions tax is not that much. The CO2-emissions on paper ±30gram/km less, so the more powerfull engine is only €950 more here. It's worth it tbh.

It's more expensive than a Corolla here, but with similar specs/engines it's not that much of a difference.

Even if the MK5 Supra is a good handling car, it's just a lazy cash grab for Toyota in my opinion.
Interior is just ripped straight out of a BMW (not even attempting to do anything there).
Yes the B58 is rumoured to be a capable engine, but the spirit of the quite high revving 2JZ will be missed.
The exterior of the car is a mess in my opinion. It's shorter than the previous Supra, making it look a bit mushed in my opinion.
On top of that, it has such a weird mixture of smooth and sharp lines that don't fit together well.

TL;DR
They could have done a much better car if they wanted to, but instead they decided to go the "lazy route" so to say by handing it all over to the guys at BMW.
