World Rally cars are meant specifically for... well, rally car racing. Yeah, something like that. I'm not even close to an expert or even a novice when it comes to modifying cars beyond car stereos and basic modifications, such as roof racks, mudflaps, and general maintenance, so you'll probably want to start researching on NASIOC or try /r/subaru
