i would suggest you get something like this
it replaces the panel with standard 2din whole in wich you can either put a din 2 radio or a din 1 radio and extra storage like this
easiest way of getting these is most likely look up the nearest decent car audio shop and have them pick out the adapter panel and the adapter cables that connect the standard radio connections (iso) to your cars connection, i dont know if your car has iso from factory but most wont and require a adapter.
mine is setup like this.
i have an oem din 2 panel from volvo and an oem din 1 cubby from volvo too, then i have connects2 adapter that adapts the factory loom to suit iso wich plugs into the radio end loom.
then i just have a basic Pioneer MVH-390BT din 1 radio with bluetooth that i play spotify with trought my phone.

@fathom socket Performance brakes mainly help with cooling off the rotors faster. But it's also there to remove the brake dust that builds up from the pads.

if your brakes are old and rusty, you can replace them. if not, i'd just recommend keeping them as-is
since it's a relatively new decent SUV, brakes should be good

Depending on how the manufacturer designed the brakes. There might be a noticable lip on the brake rotors as they wear down over time. That can be a good indication of when it's getting time to change the rotors.
Else you will have to measure the thickness of the rotor to make sure that it's within spec.

Happened with one of the cars we had for work. We hadn't used it for a while, and if you used the brakes lightly, then you could feel that there was some buildup on them. Drove off to a place where I could get up to make 80 kmh, and then I just braked hard.
Brakes felt normal after two stops.

Another thing to look for on the rotors is scoring. There shouldn't be any weird scoring marks left on the rotors.

The surface should wear fairly evenly on the rotors.
This is a rotor that is pretty badly scored.
You can see the grooves going round the rotor.
Oh, and since you were asking for performance upgrades as well. I wouldn't bother really.
The best "upgrades" you can make is probably preventative maintenance.

Fresh bushings on an older car will do wonders for the handling.
If that's the case. Then you could probably get away with just cleaning it up.
But you can also see a little bit of scoring on that rotor there. So it can be something to be wary of.
If there is enough meat left on the rotors, then I know that you can take them somewhere to have them turned on a lathe.
So that they are nice and smooth again.

the GLA 45 spoken here has a solid mercedes engine along with %100 torque split AWD, like 350-400 HP and a great interior. if you want an SUV, it IS one of THE SUVs
regarding that, the infiniti i suggested him is similar to that SUV and therefore it is actually a decent SUV. for the money, far better than a lot of cars ESPECIALLY a prius or even anything that says toyota on it unless lexus.. last but not the least older wrangler interiors were a joke, like no infotainment screen even. they then put in cheap navi + DVD pioneer'ish units which have not been a comparison to things like audi's MMI. only new wranglers got proper interior and they cost
