cant get moving the Class 323 TTC

why does this show up and how do i fix this?

Ensure all emergency brake buttons are released, ensure you’re keyed in and hold the brakes at B3 or whatever it’s called (the maximum brake setting that isn’t emergency)

It should be rather quick
