First, You need to set the Master Key to ON, and the Reverser to NEUTRAL
Look on the top left panel, just above the TMS screen, There are two rows of 3 buttons each, on the top row (below the lights) there is a cluster of two switches which are part of the "AC SYSTEM CONTROL"
You want to Press and HOLD "AC SYSTEM SELECT" until it's lit up
Then, Press and HOLD the "PAN UP" button until you hear the air conditioning running on the train
If everything was done correctly, there are two lights you can check on the panel above the Power / Brake handle. You want the "LINE" light ON, and the "MCB/ADD" light OFF
