This is not a bug and nothing to do with the game.
It is everything to do with your anti virus.
The anti virus I use, bitdefender, does the same thing. The only way to fix this is to either disable your anti virus or make the exception, but you're saying you don't want to.
There is nothing the developers can do here, it's not a problem on their end.

I do, Whether it's co-op or PvP, as soon as the game launches, a black screen appears, and then “Connected Failed” pops up. My antivirus is no longer causing any issues, but that doesn't change the nature of the problem itself.
Actually i cant watch of any spectate someone do something in multiplayer, so i think the game are the probleme.

If it was inherently the game's problem then it would affect many people. Unfortunately just due to whatever local combination of ISP, antivirus, router QoS, a small percentage of players can't connect to the game servers.

I don't know if there is a list of servers, but the message that appears in-game is this one, which basically means good luck finding where the error is coming from.
The servers I mentioned above are due to my antivirus software, and even though I've added an exception, it doesn't change anything. The game won't let me play multiplayer or spectate a game.

That's unfortunate. I wish it was easier to tell what is going on, but it is not a fundamental issue. The vast majority of players don't run into that.
