I checked it out in Storm, and the mid tesla spot is fixed. Hurray!
I did find spots where tesla would still shoot over, but they are not as egregious as mid.
Well it is a tower, I don't want to make it completely ineffective. But this should make it work more as expected.
To me, complaining about not being able to shoot the tesla is the same as complaining about the range on shooter. It is an inherent feature of the unit and map terrain. There is no dirty trick here in my opinion.
