#No common servers

Something is blocking your connection to all the servers unfortunately.
Any tips as to what it may be though? I don't use a VPN or anything of the like and have no idea where to start to look for solutions.
@novel imp
Am having this exact same issue, playing from South Africa and unable to play with my partner in the same room.
For multiplayer it has to go through a server though, it's not peer to peer. We've thought about doing a South Africa server.
So, because I'm in Canada and my friends are in the USA, I cannot play with anyone because there are no Canada-based servers? Am I correct in assuming that this is the issue?
Canada should have a fairly low latency connection to the US overall.
That's what I would think? Thanks for the help anyway, hope the issue is fixed someday so I can join my friends :/
I'd try logging in from a different computer on a different network, like a friend's house, school, work or anything. It seems unlikely it's something we can do anything about unfortunately.
The login server which you can connect to fine, it sends you a list of every game server in the world. Your computer tries to ping each server, and it records the latency.
I sort of recall this happening years ago to someone, they contacted their ISP and they fixed it? Knowing what I do about computers it seems like the problem has to be at the OS level, the router, or the ISP. The game servers are always up, like 100%, even if the login server is down.
@novel imp I am experiencing this problem too. In my case at least, it appears to be related to running the game on Linux using the Steam option to run the game with Proton (WINE).
I dual boot Windows 10 so I loaded it up to test there and I am able to connect to servers and use the queues' without issue.
FWIW, aside from this, the game runs perfectly fine on Linux under the Steam Proton setup.
I realize this may be an unsupported configuration on your end, but it is odd that everything else works fine aside from this one specific function.
It might be hinting at a missing dependency in the WINE prefix for something to do with how the client connects to your servers, which could also be the case on Windows in certain specific configurations?
Its not just that it can't connect, but it appears unable to retrieve the latency for each server entirely.
