Try beating Natasha one more time? The old tutorial for Strike had you play that bounty, but it didn't give you credit for it correctly.

Correct, the crossed line is controlled by a number, it assumes you defeated all pilots below that. Should work fine for new players, but old players it could be all over the place. Insane's suggestion is good, let us know if that works.
