Not being able to log in to rank check in the website

Hello, i was reaching out with a question.

So I was rank c, and when I log into my profile on the website, it says I still am rank C, but it wont let me rank check or anything like that. I am not sure what to do because it also does not let me click any log in message. I just got back from a break so i would like to play 6mans if that is possible so any help is appreciated.
