Wrong user name

I changed my epic user name but on 6 mans it says my old user name I'm diamond 1 but it keeps saying I'm not eligible I think it's because it's going off my old user name and can't see my new rank and I can't find how to relink

My current epic user name is zora ( underscore) val the user name it's showing is 2009ashley_ which I've changed
