wont let me rank check

when i go on 6mans website, it shows that my epic account is linked but with the name "cantfollowrules" (one of my previous names). i press the rank check button and it says im not eligible even tho im gc1 div3 in 3s.

it doesnt show the name of the steam account thats linked

and yea i have 2 emails so 2 different account for steam and epic

i dont use both tho

i only used them bc when i switched from xbox to pc i lost all my items and was trying to find the account that had all of them
