i joined under limitlis like 2/3 years ago but stopped playing rl and now i cant log back in to that acct. i have another one ive been using but not sure if im allowed to change it

honestly think i played like 2 series before stopping - is there a way to not be put in lowest rank for 3s as well? i play 2s mainly and gc2 rn but 3s is like diamond cause its still waiting on placements
