#Misreported a series. Reported the correct winner, but did not account for a sub. How to fix?

Series 6552 was a win for Team 1 ( @willow rain @loud stirrup @weary anchor ), but @loud stirrup was a sub in for @spiral hemlock . Is there any way to retroactively fix this, or do I need to get a mod/admin to do it?
