Hello,
I was told that I was able to request rank c after the reset because I was rank b for so long. I don't play 3's so my mmr was rank e level haha. As for 2s I am gc2 something which i believe is what rank c is. But like I said i have been rank b for like 4 years and was told i could put a ticket in to fix this.
