Series got played with sub at 0-0, and the sub then queues for another match and leaves during G3 of an 0-2 series, without us forfeiting. Wondering if the series should count.

2.2.3 Substitutions
Substitutions are only to be made in between games while on the post-game scoreboard
screen. Substitutions cannot occur mid-match.
Teams are allowed ten minutes to find a substitute.
Only 1 substitution per team per match is allowed.
Substitutions cannot be made when the series has not started or is at 0-0.

@delicate dock So player has been dealt with however as the series had started and you and your team had every chance to re q BEFORE accepting the sub, result will not be voided.
The player who subbed out before game 1 will not face action this time but in future can be reported for dodging
