Rank check not working | RL 6 Mans NA | Page 1

I am C1 in 3s and linked my epic and steam accounts however when I go for a rank check the following is said - "Sorry, you are not currently eligible for any of the RL 6Mans ranks in your region. Come back when you rank up!"- I changed my name on epic and its displayed incorrectly on the website, and I suspect that might be part of the issue. my new epic name is (LJs Sorry)
