Played a series, we played game 1 and loss due to our teammates wifi shutting off, so we got a sub and started game 2, with about 2 min left in game 2 we were winning 4-2, and our old teammates wifi came back on and it instantly loaded him back in to game and lobby and joined him on our team, (so we have 4 people on team) but he is afk and not playing at all, opposing team plays for about 45 secs and we scored another goal to make it 5-2 and then they said "restart, none of our team agreed to that and they all left. We tried to argue with them but they wouldnt bother so we played the next games and were going to worry about it after, we ended winning the next 2 games which would have made it 3-1 we win, but they said no 2-1 that the 2nd game didnt count, other team went on to win the series. Can we appeal?

Nobody has replays but we the kid whos wifi went out can vouch

We remade the lobby as required and then won 3 games

They are arguing because we remade as we are suppose to when they had 4 people on their team

Should have simply been a report on the person who joined mid match

Also all the scores he said up there are incorrect ^

Lemme clear a couple things up, we were typing to remake and that is why they scored. It was within 30 seconds of them having 4 players on the field. We remade as we should have, and then won fair and square. Apollo the player who lagged out is at fault, but me and my team won fairly

I think i have 4 of the replays, but only 2 wins and 2 losses. I dont have the 1st loss, and I dont have a replay of the game where we were up[ 3-1, and they only stopped moving once we were up 2-1 since they found an excuse to not lose

The only person who may have the replay is @edgy hearth, as he was in the lobby the longest out of all of us since he accidentally joined in. We never agreed to remake, they just left on us and expected us to be ok with it, just like how they scored a goal in OT in a 3 v 2 in game 1 while apollo dcd and just expected my tm8s to take the L before I subbed in. I guess there being the wrong amount of players only matters to @vapid sable when gets the loss instead of the dub

I don’t have replays either. But everything @vapid sable says looks right from my perspective. When Apollo Dcd in the first game we were well into the game, I think in overtime already, and we ended up scoring. Then 2nd game they found a sub and we started playing and it was 2-2 when Apollo joined back in giving them 4 people on the team which is when we all stopped playing to say he needs to leave and they scored which we then said we need to remake and replay game 2 now which if I do remember they ended up winning the remake game anyways so it didn’t really change much. Then we won the next 3 games so we beat them 3-1, or even if you included the game we had to remake it would’ve been 3-2 us

it was well over halfway into the game when apollo joined. and you guys were definitley still playing and only got mad and left when you were losing. If you want the dub for winning a 2v3, why cant you just take the L when you werent even at a disadvantage? I've never seen people more desperate to cheat to win

youre right, it was more than half way into the game when he joined, at that point in which we were tied, i would bet the rules say you at no point you can have 4 people on one team at any point, but im pretty sure the rules also say that if someone disconnects during the match but is over half way through or the team doesnt ask for remake within 30 seconds then it counts. we said to remake when yall had 4 people on your team. idk why your so pressed about a rank D 6mans series xD

So the rules say a player can dc out of a game but not into a game? Do you understand how dumb that sounds? Sounds like the rules need to change if you’re right

A game can already be considered interrupted if an additional player is simply present on the field even if they are not moving. So if the scoreline was tied when their original player joined back like some of you claim, then a redo of the game shouldn't have anyone at an unfair disadvantage. No decisions have been made yet, we are still talking about it. Just waiting to see what that screenshot looks like

I couldnt find anything in the rules about it, but what if a player dcs while the game is in OT, shouldnt that count for a redo as well? Maybe i'm wrong here but that sounds like an actual disadvantage/disruption

Super odd to me that you cant restart after a player dcs, but you can if they reconnect and dont play

You can restart as long as time hasn’t reached 4:30 and 0 goals have been scored. After that both teams must agree in order to restart

@vapid sable @haughty sorrel @main sentinel @sinful flame after talking about this situation with the higher ups we have came to the conclusion that the series results will stay the same. This is because even though there was a 4th player on the field this may have caused a disadvantage to the team with 3 players even if the 4th player was AFK. Both teams agreed to restart that game and play out the rest of the series. What I may suggest is next time this happens, reach out to a support staff member or moderator that way there is no confusion on what happens. We appreciate you guys playing 6mans and hope this unfortunate event doesn’t happen to you guys again. Much love ❤️
