Unable to Rank Check | RL 6 Mans NA | Page 1

I have not played 6 mans in some months and was rank C when I was active. It has been some time since then so I would like to rank check again. When I went into the "linked accounts" page on the website, it showed Epic Games as linked, but the username for Epic Games does not match my current username. I then went to rank check just to see if possibly I am rank B or still rank C, and it gave me this message "Sorry, you are not currently eligible for any of the RL 6Mans ranks in your region. Come back when you rank up!" I do not understand why I am getting this, I am ranked.

@bold briar try relinking your account. Then follow this link to rank check! Should work but if not let me know

@jaunty wedge you can update your rank on the website (https://www.rl6mans.com/account/rank-check) , but only if you have played less than 5 series in the current month.

no i understand on the website. i only ask because when i view my linked accounts, i dont see somewhere to unlink my current epic account and link a new one

I have already unlinked the account for you. You just go to the settings tab under profile. Then go to connections. It should allow you to relink your account

So it worked, got my main epic linked now thanks. I just hit rank check and it said: "You are already in the correct rank or higher. You can now queue." what does this mean or higher?

So basically that just means you’re in the correct rank. Which is C. It says “or higher” because people can be higher ranks than what they should be looking at their tracker because they’re ranking up by playing 6mans
