I linked my account awhile back to 6mans when i was a lower rank and now that im ranked up it never refreshed and is still not letting me join 6mans could someone help

Hey im having issues with my 6mans account, I tried it a while back and linked it to my epic, but under rank check its showing up as the epic name from back when I linked it the first time, when I go to rank check it says im not high enough ranked and to come back. even though im currently high c3. id like to resolve this.
