#bot seems to be down for rank h

haven't played in a while, but it seems like queue commands are down in the rank h channel, a couple people have tried and doesn't seem to be working. Not sure if this is the right place to post this lol

@high stratus yeah the bot is currently down. Were working on getting it fixed asap
