The rank d queue has a player in it that got promoted to rank c, he queued before the last match got reported and it turned out to be his promo game. <@&532314759463305223> help getting the queue running again instead of having to wait an hour for it to time out would be appreciated

You should be able to req without him and we can cancel the match
