I'm fairly certain I did everything right in my account creation, and when I click the "Click here to Rank check" button, it shows the correct Epic Games account, however it pulls up with this page. I'm a C3 so if I'm reading the ranking lists correctly then I should be eligible, right?

I've checked to see if it works now but it's still giving me that error.
