Have you tried to rank check manually first?

Since you recently reached GC2 and haven't played any 6Mans matches yet, you should normally be able to get Rank C automatically through the rank check.

I tried it didnt work and Since its new season do I need to get gc2 in 3s again?

Unfortunately for you this is the only solution. You must reach GC2 (1575mmr) in-game to rank up to C.
