Didn’t got Rank !

Hello guys I’m new to this server,
So i was trying to get my 6 mans rank but it shows this that im eligible and i can play 6 mans but it did not shows my rank. I did all 4 step which was mention to do, so what’s the solution to get rank now?

I was told it can reduce 160 to like 120ish
