help with linking acc

Hello, few years back i was on the server from my old discord account which is deleted now(personal reasons), and im using this discord but my rl acc is still linked to the deleted one and a random smurf of mine is linked here, i would like to link my main back, what can i do?

i can provide whatever proof is need, i would just like to unlink the smurf that i dont even have access to and link my main so i can play normaly
