the old account is a shared account and i didnt have the freedom to change name

so is it changed or not yet

it was my older sisters account, i started playing rl on xbox and the xbox acc was linked to her epic so i was playing on her account till s15

Are you able to link here the xbox account as well please

Can you also link the OLD epic account to your discord account and show on profile within 'Connections' settings. I need to confirm ownership of account before being able to change the epic as we don't normally allow this.

Once we've seen the old epic on the discord profile you can remove it however if you wish.

Great, you should be right to re-link and rankcheck (if you can move up ranks) you can remove of your discord profile aswell if you wish 👍
