So I previously switched from eu to me so is it possible to switch back from me to eu or is it only possible once? I'm confused...

You can switch back to ME after, but then you will also be stuck in ME forever.

Please enter a private match with the server region set to ME and make a screenshot where I can see the server name upper left corner and the scoreboard with the ping.
Switching from ME to EU is possible only once, EU to ME is not limited.
