Open the game, alt tab to another window, hover the mouse around where there are buttons (doesn't matter if visible or not), the buttons will make the hover over sound.

I was actually considering making a post about this soon. Thought about it just yesterday lol. You can't click them like this but they do make sounds.

worth noting that being able to hear the "someone joined the lobby" sound while the game is minimized is very good, imo

hope that doesn't go with the button sfx
