Just something I noticed in the last tournament that I participated in. Burst's area of affect is within "1 tile adjacent at all angles and 2 tiles parallel", and to mechs this is true however it is not the case for the map itself. As you can see in the attached image, the actual effect of burst on the map is greater than is conveyed through the preview of the burst's range.
I don't have any insight in what should be done about it, just thought I would mention it and leave it up to you RJ if changes should be made or if everything is working as intended.
