i really wish the lighting was more optimized in this game. my street light system kills my frames even on a 4090. though i did discover one light in particular that was causing a bigger frame drop than all the others combined. it's the one i connect the power line to at the end of the video. might be hard to notice but it instantly causes the hub to drop from 40fps down to 25. even setting dlss to 50% scaling that one light still bogs the frames down so much more than the others

another day, another step closer to finishing our polymer resin mega-factory. Yesterday we got our first series of refineries recycling our rubber into more plastic and rubber. The limiting factor on this is how much diluted fuel we produce with our blenders. We also found the right ratios of blenders to refineries. This is a perfect example of what works on paper is not what works in the game. Been having problems keep maximum pressure in all of our fuel lines despite using proper buffers and pumps. Here we go, episode 4! I had great response on E3 and this time we flip the script and work entirely on upgrading the visuals of the starter base. We do this by unlocking important things in the Awesome shop, unlocking Tier 3 and 4 in the space elevator and through that unlocking the blueprint designer.
