Cutting up your tasks in lil small tasks helped me massivly, try not too worry about what you feel like you should be doing and just take your time to figure shit out

but you do have to delete conveyor poles if you run belts up to the edge, same with pipe supports

cos they technically extend over so then it creates a gap

The water in the loop will delay the heat going into the room by a little bit, its negligible. If anything once the water is room, the heat will get into your room faster since water will draw more heat out of the system, but only by a negligble amount

The main point of contention you'd want to work around is that if there's not enough room at a port for the drone to fully unload its cargo, it'll just sit there docked until it can get rid of all 9 stacks in its cargo

My most common case for multiple drones grabbing from the same site is for a "fuel depot" which is used to supply drone fuel to multiple remote ports

Have a depot set up to make whatever drone fuel you want (batteries, packaged rocket fuel, whatever), and have a drone port or three without a drone specifically attached to 'em. Put an ISC in front of the port as an actual buffer

Then any drone site which needs fuel has a dedicated fuel-fetcher drone to grab that fuel. It'll do like 3-4 round trips before the drone site is fully backed up (which is why that ISC buffer is handy at the depot, for when you stand up new drone sites). but once it's backed up then the fuel-fetcher spends nearly all its time just waiting docked at the drone site, waiting to offload the last of its fuel cargo

When you're first starting out, it's easiest to do simple single-rail A->B transfers with a single train

My other bit of advice is: don't get fancy with 'em! Satisfactory trains are simple, and it's easiest to just do direct A->B transfers. Have some material at Site A that needs to get to Site B? Just have a train which takes it directly over there.

With the blade runners and the parachute you can basically jump and slide up the sides of cliffs or any surface that isn't like 90degrees

And the momentum will cataplut you into the air so you just run and glide around when exploring basically xd

The short explain is: A circumstance occurs with the Dimensional Storage queue (in your bags) and causes a bug whereby items previously present there will show back up there upon loading the game.

It's not game breaking or even a big deal but it's annoying.

The only indicators are the glow on the power connection port and the somersloops showing up when you hover over them in dismantle mode

If they’re part of big blueprints, use blueprint dismantle mode to search large areas faster

SCIM may also be helpful in just finding buildings in general (maybe you forgot about an outpost with a sloop in it)

If you’re near it, it’ll damage you based on how much of it there is and how close you are, if you pick it up, you take massively increased damage (you die almost instantly)

Try walking near uranium ore vs actually mining it with your chisel

You’ll see the difference real quick

I don’t remember how lethal nuclear waste is but it should be enough that you won’t have time to drop it (and you can’t delete it)

i have a pipe network at the beginning of which I have a valve of 120/sec limit, this is going into an intersection where there are 2 more valves set at 60/sec. however, the ui for the 120 valve is showing a flow rate of 120.5 and my 2 valves at the intersection are showing a flow rate of 59.1

they do prevent backflow no matter how closed or open

It's just that the limit you set on them appears to be a max throughout limit, not an average throughpout limit. And since both production and consumption happens in burts chunks, not as a smooth flow, it just doesn't work out cleanly

You also usually don't even need valves
