This is to be used for Discord related issues (rule breakers), NOT game related issues, where you may not want to ping a moderator in a public channel or for when a moderator ping did not bring a mod into the chat.
Just click the button below and it will create a private channel between you and the moderators. Please do note that this does generate pings and should not be abused.
If you use slash commands replying to a message you want to open a ticket under, the user who posted the message will also be added to the ticket, so be mindful.
Using this is essentially the same thing as pinging a moderator so please do keep in mind the #rules
When your ticket is closed, you will be DM'd by the bot and it will include a link to the transcript if you missed any replies.
