Yep, i already do a ticket, i m waiting for answer. I rent a server last year, i do the transfert 10 to 20 with the page you show but today impossible to find it

Oh I see you have the automatic extension active. You have to deactivate it, then it works.
You can deactivate it under Subscriptions in your Microsoft Account.
