Idea: Generic Skills that "use" common items in your inventory.
Example: Throw Net, Throw Knife, Set Trap.

These Skills would not benefit from stats in any way; they are just an easier way to use common items than through the inventory interface. They would appear is the Skills => Basic Skills interface, and can be placed on the Skill bar. They would use the relevant objects from your main inventory first, then from any backpacks/storage items. If you have multiples of the relevant item, it would use them from top-left rightwards, then downwards.
OR
The generic skills can appear when wearing special storage items, for example the Trapper's backpack would give you Throw Net and Set Trap, and would pull from the backpack before the main inventory. I had an idea for a dagger bandolier, an equipment (slot TBD) that can store 4-6 daggers, similar to a quiver for arrows. The bandolier would provide the "Throw Dagger" generic skill and pull daggers from the bandolier from left to right. Thoughts?

You need to make sure that using such bags allows you to take the item without using it during the process.
This can be amazing and effective...

Doing it with a dagger is a waste, it requires a good enough knife and it also costs a lot to repair (it's 4 damage per use)...

I'm throwing knives often in my current game; low-Tier knives are almost as good as high-Tier for throwing, so it is actually quite cheap for good damage (I took the Dagger passive that improves throw damage). If you use Shivs, you can just dump them if you find good treasure; buying a new Shiv is like 20 gold. If there is a passive for dagger throwing, I think there should be a generic skill for it as well.
