First things first start with either both arcanistics spells or staves skills.
Your end goal is 30 willpower 15 agi 15 per, rest on vitality, but you may lower willpower to 25 and invest those in perception intead
Your early mid game objective is to try and get 6 points into arcanistics and staves early, so you get your extra points to invest in magic mastery.
End game should be full arcanistics tree (or if you want to skip beyond the veil, you can do that), full staves tree,
I leave Disengage, Dash and Not This Time in athletics for end game, cuz you can just position better and use the bubble shield in T4 and lower,
In magic mastery grab SoF, SoP, SoR and all the passives except dissipation (if you skipped beyond the veil, grab it instead)
Main strategy after you grab the crystals is to first cast SoF, then SoP, then cast crystals and swap them every turn, resulting in 6 shots per turn, once you have phantasm you can use it and swap with a crystal to lock an enemy down. Ranged enemies can't harm you due to your Bubble.
If a T5 enemy show up you can Stasis him and let your summons beat him up. Remember to stay away from the enemy as the Stasis ending explosion damages you too.
