DayZ mod for awhile
And then split into two games DayZ standalone which failed (Arma 2 mod saw crazy amounts of success though) and PUBG which is now a worldwide success both of them coming from Arma

And I really really like Savage it's my favorite. Might buy the game just for that map.

Ive been told that you don't really start playing the game until you're level 100 but I don't care. the leveling process sucks. same issue i have with most mmo's tbh. they substitute travel and pointless grindy quests for meaningful gameplay. no idea where the story even is. Dont tell that game has so much lore, i couldn't find anything interesting.

I agree with you it's more polished now than it was then. But I find low-level leveling in WoW quite boring now compared to more modern MMOs. At the time in Vanilla I really enjoyed leveling. Although part of that may just be burn-out having played so long etc.

Wotlk holy paladin in ICC was the most fun paladin has ever been. Flashadins with a global cooldown cast speed on flash of light and a 100% healing done to beacon target. Raidhealing and tankhealing in 1 button. Nothing else needed
