syncing what, exactly? reviews? then no, theres no way to link cards in such a way

#

you could do something like: each card has a field for each language, and you can write a script so it randomly shows you one of those

If I were to do today the set in german, then the english and spanish equivalent would appear as if i also did them .
There isn't, because studying a card (word?) in German isn't the same as studying it in English or Spanish. Those would be 3 separate cards and they should have independent review histories.

But is that just a "for example" -- or is it a realistic example of what you're hoping to do?

Do you have technical language terms that you're trying to learn in 3 different languages? That sounds like "language learning" to me.

Regardless -- "brushing up" on a term in one language doesn't also satisfy the task of brushing up on the term in another language. If you're trying to brush up on it in multiple languages, you'd need to study them all.

The only thing I can think of to help you here is that you should have your note type make multiple cards (see Getting Started for the basic terminology). You can add a single note for each term, but have separate fields for the term in English, Spanish, and German. You can instruct Anki to make as many cards as you need to learn as many connections between those words as you need. Sibling burying will keep those cards from showing up on the same day.
