#How to reduce zoom-in speed while creating image occlusion
18 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
anybody?
There's no way to manage the zoom in speed when creating image occlusions.
If your mouse wheel is too sensitive, you can either:
(A) Change the sensitivity of your mouse wheel in your OS settings, for all programs.
(B) Use the toolbar buttons / keyboard shortcuts [ and ] to zoom in and out.
hey thanks for ur reply but this is what I get when trying to tick minimalist mode on Preferences
the mouse scroll works fine with other programs
🤔 Image occlusion has been supported natively since Anki 23.10 (for 2 years now). The addon you're using hasn't been updated in 3.5 years.
Is there a reason you're still using the addon? If you disable the addon, does zoom work normally? If you absolutely must use the addon, you can paste the debug info here (click copy debug info).
I can't find the debug info anymore but the issue still persists... I dunno how to fix it:(
I have to use the addon. It's a necessity for me 🙁
It worked just fine before I reset my mac 🙁
Have you tried to disable the addon and use the built-in Image Occlusion, or are you just assuming it won't work for some reason?
I disabled it, but then the icon marked with the red square didn’t show up, so I couldn’t do the image occlusion.
I’ve tried everything you mentioned
To make image occlusion cards using the built-in image occlusion, you just have to select the card type "Image Occlusion" when adding a card.
You can read more about using the built-in notetype here: https://docs.ankiweb.net/editing.html#image-occlusion
Anki's user manual. Anki is a flashcard program that makes learning easier.
Thank you so much for your reply and consideration! I've tried it but it's still the same...
