Type in answer cards don't work

so I have multiple type in answer cards that don't prompt me to type in the answer. They just function as basic cards.. not cool

press e to open the editor, click on Cards... and change {{Front}}<hr>{{Type}} to {{Front}}<hr>{{type:Type}}. There should be a {{type:Type}} on both the front template for typing it in, and on the back template for seeing the red/green diff of how you did
