#Error when trying to upgrade from Anki 24.06 to Anki 24.11 on Windows 11

I see this error message when I try upgrading.

And now the previous install seems to be broken as well

To clarify, when I try running the old 24.06 version I get this error message

First error message:
There is still some part of Anki running in the background. Most likely mpv.exe, maybe also some anki.exe. Kill those in the task manager (or if you don't like messing with that, restart the PC, no running task survives that) and re-run the installer (retrying after you killed the tasks might be sufficient, rerun is the safe bet).

Second error message:
The installation is messed up, probably due to the first problem. Re-install.
