It's not clear from your post what you're doing that's changing the display. But yes, shifting your clock by an hour or more can definitely move your review history from one "day" to another. When your time zone changes back, so will the reviews.

at 3-4 am the display looks like the top
at 4-5am it looks like the middle
and at all other times it appears fully filled, as in the bottom

and it changes on its own with the time

Are you keeping the Stats window open while your next-day-starts time rolls over? Those aren't dynamic displays.

no, when i open the display at those times, thats how it renders
as in right now when i click to display the stats window, it renders as such
currently 4:06 AM
thats a different deck as well
affects each in the collection the same
for reference i'm assuming its a timezone/dst issue as those are the days that florida goes between daylight savings cycles

If you've got a reproducible case (and this seems important enough to you), the best way to "avoid" a bug is report it so that someone can fix it.
