Can't find the way to discriminate between two different cards of cards in a deck

Hey all. The deck I am using consists of two types of cards: read and listen cards which seem to be linked. I want to suspend all the read cards for a while, but I don't know what search term to use in the "card browser" menu. Does anyone know?

If the cards are created from the same note, you can add card:1 or card:2 to your search query to grab only one type of card. You can preview a card (ctrl shift p) to verify you've searched for the right one.
