Playing two player, I am hosting. The person who joins can open workstations/campfire etc but once they exit out of the station, they can no longer access any other station or storage etc. I can no longer access the original station either because it says it is in use.

either post boths outputlog files https://discord.com/channels/368052267208671243/1149794341750050916 or make sure both have the exact mod files and no extra modlets in the mix (outputlogs remove the need to guesswork for hours on end)
and no the mod doesnt do that when its loaded with vanilla correctly, as you guessed
