u see the button in console, click that and u get a folder of output_logs. pick the log from that instance/day then drag&drop into the bug report

dissappearing npc has been a problem for a long time and if we do find any leads to the cause it would have to be forwarded to Score/NPCcore modlet dev, so dont expect a quick fix on this bug..

Something that has worked for me in the past is exiting the game and then returning to the location where I lost them. Sometimes they just pop in.
