Buildings look bland.
Crappy gradients.
Random drawings in the decommissioned towers.
Main building looks absolutely awful, including the ground.

the random drawings are supposed to be burned out spots, i think it indicates that its old but looking back at it decomission doesnt make it old so ill add a new variant to it
