Mobile is freemium: You have diamonds as a currency, you have premium features you pay for with game currency. You can watch diamonds for diamonds, complete tasks or through redeem codes or purchase them.
PC is paid up front: there are no micro-transactions (though online mode requires region coins which you get from signing in everyday)
